Temasek

Tucked away in a shopping arcade, Temasek is a real slice of Malaysia in the suburban heartland of Parramatta. For over 15 years this friendly family run restaurant has served authentic & occasionally fiery Noyna cuisine. Like similar establishments in Penang or KL, this place is very much plastic chairs and tables, frenetic staff and the happy roar of good-natured groups thoroughly enjoying the food on offer. Some of the house specialties such as chili mud crab do require 24 hours notice, but the extensive menu still offers plenty of hawker style delights to sample.
