Although very much aimed at the business lunch crowd, this restaurant has a proud tradition in attempting to rescue Thai cuisine from its occasional suburban blandness. The franchise has now been extended to include two equally successful offshoots in both Surry Hills and Balmain. Incredibly popular with local office workers during the day, the sophisticated menu is often best enjoyed during the quieter more reflective evening service. All the traditional Thai influences of heat, sourness and sweetness are on offer within a good array of curries, stir fries and salads.
