The Manly to Spit Bridge Walk

This long 10 km walk starts at Manly and follows the contours of Middle Harbour around to Spit Bridge. The 4-5 hour trip takes in a large section of Sydney Harbour National Park and the views from Dobroyd Head looking back through Sydney Heads are magnificent. The walk takes in sections that are slightly rugged, thus stout shoes and a supply of water are required as refreshment stops are very limited.
