Watson's Bay Hotel (Doyles) Beer Garden

On a nice afternoon, the world seems a better place when enjoying a cold beer in the Watson’s Bay Hotel Beer Garden. Controlled by the enterprising Doyle family for over 80 years, it is incredibly popular on weekends. The food’s OK, but jugs of beer, a group of friends and a sunny day are the way to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the great views up the Harbour.
Try to arrive by ferry, water-taxi, taxi or bus as parking is often horrendous in this area’s narrow and congested streets.
