At Rydges, we would like to make things a little easier when it comes to organising the accommodation requirements for your company. By choosing to set up a Customised Web Page, you will have access 24/7 to your negotiated rates making it simple for one person or every employee, contractor or supplier to manage their own travel requirements.

Detailed reports are also available online to ensure that reconciliation of accommodation spend by company employees is available to a designated person.

Instant Confirmation:
A Customised Web Page links directly to rydges.com and will access previously negotiated rates for your company. When a booking is made, an instant confirmation is delivered to the individual making the booking. Changes including cancellations can also be made on line, ensuring that all transactions are traceable.

A guest profile number is also delivered as part of the booking process. This can then be used for all future bookings for that individual, to ensure that their preferences are actioned for all stays at any Rydges hotel.

How Does it Work?
1. Contact your Rydges Account Manager and advise that you wish to set up a Customised Web Page for your company accommodation requirements.
2. The Account Manager will meet with you and provide a demonstration of the booking system. If negotiated rates are not in place these will be discussed at the same time. At this time we will also demonstrate the reporting capabilities of the system.
3. Within 5 working days we will have created your customised web page and will distribute a document with operating instructions and the web page link.

Customising your corporate booking page:

• Your company logo and other photos/images can be displayed on the page
• Company travel policy information can be displayed
• Links to hotel information
• A link to your company intranet site, or external suppliers for other travel arrangements.
