The Bathurst 12 Hour Race is called the ultimate Aussie endurance race and this year it is on February 06 to 08.
The Bathurst 12 Hour Race (currently the Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour) is for GT and production cars held on Mount Panorama Race Circuit.
The first 12 hour race was held in 1991 before being discontinued in 1995 and it was revived since 2007.
The Liqui Moly 12 hour features performance and production cars from all over the world, and with recent years showcasing record entries, many of which came from overseas, the event continues to grow with 2015 promising to be the best yet with 54 entries.
The main race starts at 5:50am on Sunday 08 February 2015 with public gates opening at 5:00am (click here for the full racing schedule). Gates are open from 6:00am on Fri and Sat and from 5:00am on Sunday, closing at 7:00pm daily. The entire 12 hours will be broadcast on the Seven Network, commencing at 5:30am on 7mate and switching to Seven at 2:00pm.
