Saturday, January 11 saw the wedding of Andrew and Esther Sylvester with the celebration reception at Rydges Sydney Airport. 110 family members and friends attended to wish the happy couple all the best and it was a very stylish, fun affair.
Esther and Andrew chose a lovely three course menu (below). We have a number of wedding package options and work closely with the bride and groom to tailor the reception to suit. Here is a link to our weddings.
For the reception Esther and Andrew chose an alternate serve menu with two entrées – Crispy Pork and Apple Salas with compressed celery, truffle mayo or Parma Ham & Rock Melon with pecorino, pine nuts, balsamic. The main courses were Atlantic Salmon with Caramelised Witlof, fricassee of shellfish or Crispy Pork Belly with Colcannon, tomato & sweet corn, cider jus. For dessert, Chocolate Crème Brulee or Dark Chocolate & Honey almond nougat terrine.
