Weekend Web Rates is a promotional rate which is only available for new bookings made via www.rydges.com/weekendwebrates between 9am (AEST) every Monday from 20 April 2009 and 6pm (AEST) every Tuesday from 21 April 2009. Weekend Web Rates sale may end at any time without notice. Weekend Web Rates are restricted to consecutive two night stays at specified participating hotels only, and are valid for stays for the week of sale between Friday and Sunday inclusive.
Weekend Web Rates are subject to room and rate availability and require full pre-payment. Bookings will only be confirmed upon pre-payment via a valid credit card. Credit card charges will be processed within 24 hours of making a booking. Credit card details will be retained and may be used for any future charges that may remain unpaid at time of stay. Note, payments will incur a transaction fee reflecting bank charges incurred by Rydges Hotels Limited for card payments at Australian Hotels only. Current fees are 1.5% of the transaction total for Visa and MasterCard, and 3.5% of the transaction total for Diners, American Express and JCB Card. Fees are subject to change.
Once a successful booking transaction is completed the purchaser will receive, via email, a confirmation of the booking. A tax invoice will be available upon request at hotel check-in or check-out.
Guests will be responsible for any additional room costs or hotel charges incurred whilst staying on the Weekend Web Rates booking.
The Weekend Web Rates offer is not valid on a pre-existing booking or in combination with any other Rydges Hotel & Resorts current promotional campaign including Rydges Stay Any Time voucher promotion and Rydges Book More Get More Gift Card promotion. Customers may purchase multiple Weekend Web Rate bookings.
Cancellations & changes
Weekend Web Rates bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. There will be strictly NO refunds available for Weekend Web Rates. Changes and modification to Weekend Web Rates bookings are also not permitted.
Rydges PriorityGUEST members are entitled to all in-stay benefits whilst staying on Weekend Web Rates. Weekend Web Rates are non-eligible rates and as such Rydges PriorityGUEST members will not receive any further discount on Weekend Web Rates and Rydges Reward Points will not be awarded for these bookings.
