The Jewel in the Crown of the hotel and region. On the 7th floor and roof top with uninterrupted views over the tarmac or Ocean or both, this bar and restaurant offers a unique experience nowhere else in the region can offer. Occasional live music and DJ sets to a bistro style menu for as short or as long as you want to be there with activity and atmosphere at every turn.

Open daily – 12 noon – 9pm.

Bar service is open Sunday – Thursday until 10pm. Open on Friday and Saturday until 11pm.
