Rydges on Swanston provides two seperate, purpose built converence venue locations.  

The entire 4th floor is a dedicated conference & event venue with large plenary venues, concurrent session ability and flexible venue configuration. A large pre-function area is also available for catering or trade displays.

The ground floor conference venues, including the Orbit room is a distraction free, easily accessible venue ideal for achieving meeting, seminar and training event outcomes. With multiple breakout venues and easy to access ground floor location, this venue is perfect for seminar sessions workshops and training events.

The Ground Floor conference and events area offers direct access off Swanston Street and adjoining Blues Bar & Grill. The multifunctional 200 patrons plus Orbit Room and adjoining state of the art boardrooms and lounge area, offers the perfect location for large meetings that require break out areas or for smaller intimate board meetings.

Both levels are flexible in design using bi-fold doors to divide the venue into 2 or 3 functional rooms, catering up to 800 guests over 2 floors including exceptional “break out” areas like the spectacular Skyline Lounge on the 4th floor.
