Rydges Latimer Christchurch is dedicated to providing 11 flexible Christchurch conference venues perfect for housing business meetings, weddings, receptions and any type of social soiree for up to 500 guests. All spaces are on one floor with elevator access.

Our Christchurch conference venues are flooded with natural light and feature the latest audio and visual technologies for productive strategic strategy sessions or nostalgic walks down memory lane. Free, high-speed WIFI Internet access also is available.

We offer 11 event rooms with flexible space for hosting large parties or more intimate affairs. The Savoy Ballroom is capable of accommodating up to 320 guests for a banquet-style Christchurch wedding reception and up to 500 for a cocktail party. Smaller groups will find the Savoy 2 and Savoy East spaces are ideal, with seating for up to 64 people in a cabaret-style setting. The Windsor and Clarendon spaces are best for intimate parties of 24 or fewer guests.

Terms and Conditions

Subject to availability and for new event bookings only made between 1 January 2016 and 31 December 2016 and consumed between 1 January 2016 and 31 December 2017. Offer applies to wedding events only, block out dates may apply and a minimum numbers of guests are required – see each Hotel for required numbers.
