IN ALL APARTMENTS SOFA BEDS WILL NOT BE MADE UP AS A STANDARD PRACTICE AND INCUR A $35 FEE FOR TWIN SHARE BOOKINGS. All rates are based on 2 adults sharing extra guests incur additional fees.

PAYMENT – WINTER (June-Sept) 50% Deposit payment is required at time of booking. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Confirmations will be sent at time of booking.  SUMMER (Oct-May) A Credit card is requested to guarantee your reservation. Payment will be taken on arrival to the hotel. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex and all incur a 1.5% surcharge.

CANCELLATIONS – WINTER (June-Sept) If notice of cancellation is received in writing 30 days or more prior to arrival date, all monies will be refunded less a $55 cancellation fee. If less   than 30 day’s notice of cancellation, all monies paid are forfeited. We strongly recommend the purchasing of domestic travel insurance to cover you for Illness and Injuries. SUMMER (Oct-May) Reservations can be cancelled by 2pm, one day prior to arrival date (24 hours) all PREPAID PACKAGES will incur a $55 cancellation fee per booking. Any no-shows or cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be charged one night’s accommodation.

The on-site Restaurant and Bar cater for convenient dining or a cosy fireside experience. Breakfast is served daily and is included in all our packages.

We are only a short drive from the Kosciuszko National Park, with the major ski resorts only 35km away. Outside of winter the Mountains come alive with natural flora and fauna in abundance to view and many hiking tracks to explore. Rydges Snowy Mountains is located centrally to ensure you can enjoy all the region has to offer including: Mountain Biking, Trout Fishing, Cycling, Water Sports, Hiking and Horse Riding.
