SYDNEY INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW
Experience the thrill of the Sydney International Boat Show at the ICC in Darling Harbour from August 1st to August 4th, 2024. As one of the largest marine lifestyle events in the Pacific, it guarantees four days and nights of breathtaking displays.
Hosted in the heart of Darling Harbour over four spectacular days and nights, it has a reputation as one of the biggest marine lifestyle events in the Pacific. The Sydney International Boat Show was originally launched as a standalone event in 1968 with the first show site at the Horden Pavilion in Moore Park, it remained there until 1985. The show then moved to a temporary facility in Pyrmont from 1986 to 1988, where an on-water component was introduced. 1989 was a milestone year with the opening of the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre. This large, first-class facility had the added benefit of Cockle Bay being a short walking distance. The major upgrade of Darling Harbour started soon after the show in 2013, which meant relocating to a temporary facility at Glebe Island for three years from 2014 to 2016 with the marina component held at Cockle Bay. The show returned to Darling Harbour for its 50th edition in 2017. Since this time, the undercover displays are located within the spacious International Convention Centre, Sydney, and the spectacular marina displays just minutes away at Cockle Bay.
