Hotel room was filthy and stuffy.

Expensive for what it was

Disappointed! Room booked was not what was anticipated. Requested an upgrade to what I originally wanted and was charged more than I should have. Lifts slow. Questioned over membership discount request. Not impressed.

Happy with the experience

Full marks to a very pleasant and helpfull staff. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Lift to parking was OOO, which was a little inconvenient but overall our stay was very pleasant.

Great value

Great value for breakfast, parking and accommodation. A little disappointed that the restaurant is not open for dinner on weekends, but understand.

Struggled to serve our function

Heater didnt work and was freezing the whole 2 days

For the entire stay the heater did not work and it was extremely cold. for 400 a night, this is completely unacceptable.

Very average

Disappointed with how tired the hotel appeared. Worn carpet everywhere. Black hairs throughout bathroom on check in. Scolding hot water in shower. Tiny cups for tea/coffee- only 2 sips worth! Only 3 pods for coffee machine for 2 people.
