Dear Simon,

Another year, another successful conference thanks to you and your staff who have worked tirelessly to ensure that we were looked after and as usual nothing was a problem with their ability to satisfy the participants of the conference. The participants have nothing but praise about their visit to Rydges Parramatta and look forward to returning next year.

On behalf of the institute I wish to thank you and your staff for making the Conference a success. The comments from participants and sponsors unanimously agreed that the service, facilities, and especially the staff was first class plus.

Your organisation should be extremely impressed with the friendliness, respectfulness, polite and nothing is a problem attitude of all of your staff. It was pleasing to see staff walk around with smiles on their faces and always obliged with pleasant commentaries, which is lacking from many service organisations.

I would personally like to thank all of your staff by name but the list would be too long.

It is the people working together that make a successful function with the premises of backup.
