Congratulations to our Office Manager, Rachael, on her marriage to her charming beau, Andy!
Rach and Andy had their wedding here at Rydges Horizons and the photo by the lake up top and the one right were taken by photographer, Mel Henderson.
The happy couple and chef created a menu for the reception. For entrée it was a choice of Slow-cooked Pork Belly with Asian Salad or Salt & Pepper Squid, Garden Salad, Beer Battered Chips & Lemon Aoli… for mains the courses were Prosciutto-wrapped Chicken on Chat Potatoes & Green Beans with a Garlic Cream Sauce or a Scotch Fillet on a Potato Rosti with Mushroom Duxelle & Shiraz Jus. The wedding cake was cut for dessert. Hats off to our Executive Head Chef Kyle Shadlow!
