The hotel's top floor is a modern conference venue, pillar free, light filled with capacity for over 450 delegates. The ground floor conference areas suit functions and events of all sizes, from executive board meetings to seminar sessions, workshops and large conference events.

Level 4

Our Level 4 Carlton Room is our largest venue and can accommodate up to 300 attendees theatre style seating.The Carlton Room can also easily break into 3 seperate rooms, ideal for breakout sessions.

Our entire Level 4 is a dedicated events space which you can have sole access to for certain events. All of the floor has plenty of natural light overlooking the city skyline as well as large pre function area ideal for trade & catering.

The best benefit by far is the rooftop pool deck terrace which is also located on Level 4, this provides a point of difference for your event and can also host post event drinks.

Ground Floor

Our Ground Floor comrises of our Swanston room whoch can accommodate up to 220 theatre style. This room is very popular with conferences as it provides direct access from the hotel foyer, along with easy access to our famous Blues Bar & Grill – Perfect for delegate catering breaks and informal break outs.

In addition to the Swanston Room there are also three (3) smaller boardrooms located adjacent to the room – Ideal if you require additional space for smaller groups.
