Parking
Secure undercover parking is available to guests in the adjacent public car park and is strictly subject to availability. Parking rates start from $35 for overnight parking, from 12pm on the day you enter until 12 noon the following day. Early and late charges apply. Subject to change without notice and charged to the guest during check-in. Alternative local parking options are available – please ask our reception team on arrival. During busy periods and large events in the King St precinct, please be aware that car parking is extremely limited and alternative transport is recommended.
Only a 20 minutes drive from Brisbane Airport (BNE), the hotel’s easy access to all motorways, ensures a smooth transit north (Sunshine Coast) and south (Gold Coast), with good public transport servicesfrom Fortitude Valley train station and nearby Bowen Bridge Busway linking you into Brisbane’s dedicated bus-lane network.

Rates and rooms are subject to availability at time of booking. Once the event room allocation is exhausted the best rate available online with 10% discount will be offered, unless otherwise unavailable.

Check-in is available from 3:00pm and Check-out time is prior to 11:00am on day of departure.

A credit card number will be required at time of booking to guarantee individual bookings. If you are unable to stay with us your booking must be cancelled one (1) day prior before 3:00pm AEST or cancellation fees will apply.

If the card holder will not be present at time of check-in, you will need to complete a third-party credit card authorisation.

Special rates only available for the applicable organisers, exhibitors and attendees. Any person found in breach of this condition will result in being charged the difference in nightly rate or the reservation cancelled, and applicable penalty fee charged.

Rates maybe withdraw at any time, and all previously confirmed bookings will be honoured. Reservations are subject to availability at time of booking. Discounts will no longer be valid for bookings made after 7th October 2026
