Self-Parking is available for in-house guests at an additional charge of $35.00 per vehicle per night if required *Parking spaces remain subject to availability.

Rates and rooms are subject to availability at time of booking. Once the event room allocation is exhausted the best rate available online with 10% discount will be offered, unless otherwise unavailable.

Check-in is available from 3:00pm and Check-out time is prior to 11:00am on day of departure.

A credit card number will be required at time of booking to guarantee individual bookings. If you are unable to stay with us your booking must be cancelled one (1) day prior before 3:00pm AEDST or cancellation fees will apply.

If the card holder will not be present at time of check-in, you will need to complete a third-party credit card authorisation.

Special rates only available for the applicable organizers, exhibitors and attendees for the event. Any person found in breach of this condition will result in being charged the difference in nightly rate or the reservation cancelled, and applicable penalty fee charged.

Rates maybe withdraw at any time and all previously confirmed bookings will be honored. Reservations are subject to availability at time of booking. Discounts will no longer be valid for bookings made after 11th November 2026
