Credit Card Pre-Authorisation
Thredbo Alpine Hotel pre-authorises all credit cards on the day of arrival to check for validity and sufficiency of funds. Pre-authorised cards are held as security for your reservation and may be utilised by the hotel for any applicable charges, including cancellation and non-arrival fees. The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company and may affect the available funds balance or spending limit. Funds must be available to hold on a credit card. A $100 security deposit is required on check in.
Hotel Check-in and Check-out
Kindly note that check in time is from 4:00pm and checkout time is 10:00am. We will endeavour to have rooms made available earlier, however if this is not possible we offer luggage storage and change room facilities for your convenience. Earlier arrival and later departure times can be arranged, but are subject to availability. Early check-in and late checkout fees will apply.

Please note that ALL hotel rooms are only accessible by stairs, there are NO lift facilities

Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
No Smoking Policy
All guest rooms at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel are non-smoking (including all balcony rooms).
Parking
The Thredbo Alpine Hotel has limited car parking for guests. Car spots cannot be reserved. Please be advised if there are no available car parks on check-in you will need to park in any of the Overnight car parks in Thredbo. Guests will be able to drop luggage off at reception to be stored until room is available.
Day Parking is available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm to allow for snow clearing operations through the night. If you require parking out of these times please park in one of the four overnight car parks which offer 24 hour parking.
For your convenience there are also a number of 15 minute drop off zones at Friday Flat and adjacent to the Information Centre bus stop.
Illegal parking within the village is likely to result in a fine issued by NPWS officers and enforced be the NSW police force, non-payment of fines can lead to demerit points and loss of license.
In addition to public parking most accommodation has a limited amount of private parking. Please check availability when booking. If using these spaces please ensure you are parked fully within your designated space so as not to interfere with snow clearing or courtesy buses.
Noise
Unfortunately the Thredbo Alpine Hotel cannot guarantee noise free rooms.
The Thredbo Alpine Hotel is the Hub of Entertainment for the Village.
Weather Conditions
Under no circumstances can the Thredbo Alpine Hotel or any of the property owners be held responsible for snow or weather conditions, nor can any holidays be cancelled other than in accordance with the cancellation policy detailed above. No holiday can be cancelled, altered or amended on the basis of weather conditions.
Travel Insurance
The Thredbo Alpine Hotel strongly recommends travel insurance.
Changes, Responsibility and Further Conditions
All information in respect of goods and services offered, including prices, is subject to alteration or withdrawal without notice. Thredbo Alpine Hotel reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any arrangements or prices in regard to accommodation, tours or packages. The right to alter prices referred to in the preceding paragraph applies until the Thredbo Alpine Hotel has received a deposit.
Minimum length of stays may vary between properties. These minimum stay requirements may apply you will be notified of any such requirements at the time you make a reservation.
Packages may not be available during certain periods and are subject to availability at all times.

Valid refunds will only be made to the person who made payment on the booking. Refunds will not be given on no shows, or any portion of a package which is not used.
