THE GREAT AUSTRALIAN FATHER’S DAY BRUNCH

Think barbecue, Queensland produce, pavlova, local brews, great views and tunes!

Rydges South Bank is taking Father’s Day to the rooftop with a distinctly Australian brunch celebration featuring barbecue, local produce, pavlova, beer, live music and spectacular Brisbane views.

And it’s not just for dads — grandads, stepdads, foster dads, carers, mentors and all the father figures who stepped up are invited to join the celebration.

Running from 8 am to 12 pm, guests can make their way through a series of Australian-inspired brunch experiences, including an Aussie BBQ Angus Beef Brisket Burger, Queensland Tropical Fruit Station and a build-your-own pavlova finale.

Adults receive barista-made coffee or tea and juice, while little ones can enjoy hot chocolate, babyccino or tea and create something special at the Gift for Dad station.

From 10am, Stone & Wood will open its rooftop pop-up bar with an optional beer tasting, with the first 40 tasting tickets scoring a mini carry esky.

Live acoustic music, communal tables and rooftop views complete a Father’s Day morning made for the whole family.
