Begin with oysters and a Seppeltsfield Apera Negroni or Seppeltsfield Rosé, before progressing through a seasonal multi-course menu. Each dish is expertly paired with wines that express structure and depth; hallmarks of Seppeltsfield’s meticulous, low-intervention winemaking approach. 

Highlights include delicate coral trout with Watervale Riesling, Black Berkshire pork paired with Grenache and Cabernet Shiraz, and a final indulgence of Australian cheeses matched with the iconic Para 21-Year-Old Tawny; an echo of the estate’s century-long traditions.
