Jack Rabbit Vineyard boasts a contemporary a la carte restaurant with a stunning menu to complement the amazing elevated bay and vineyard scenery. An abundance of local produce is sourced with flavours to indulge even the most discerning culinary whim. Jack Rabbit’s grapes enjoy classic cool climate growing conditions – a long, slow ripening period facilitates maximum intensity from nose to finish. 

Jack Rabbit Vineyard produce a rich, diverse stable of sophisticated cool climate wines including Sparkling Blanc de Blanc, Moscato, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Chardonnay, Rosé, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Shiraz and Shiraz. The spectacular ‘House of Jack Rabbit’ Tasting Room and Cellar Door has been a magical addition to the Jack Rabbit experience. While the restaurant boasts fine dining elegance and is recognised for its innovation and dining experience, the House of Jack Rabbit is a more casual, laid back experience serving simpler fare with a more casual service. There is a provedore, a large deck space and sprawling grassland to laze on and watch the passing ships, mussel farmers, You Yangs or gaze across to Melbourne as you sip on Jack Rabbit’s array of wines.

Jack Rabbit Restaurant is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner Friday and Saturday nights. The House of Jack Rabbit is open 7 days a week for lunch, weekends for breakfast from 9am and dinner on Friday and Saturday nights in daylight savings summer periods. The House of Jack Rabbit cellar door is open 7 days a week.
