Whether you’re planning a gala dinner, conference, launch or your wedding — our largest event space is perfect for when you want to take Centre Stage. With a pre-function bar, soaring vaulted ceilings, this versatile room can fit up to 500 guests cocktail style and up to 340 dining or be divided into two separate areas to suit your needs.
One half of our Centre Stage event space, Centre Stage I can host up to 140 guests for a seated breakfast, lunch or gala dinner or 250 cocktail and includes a pre-function bar overlooking Exhibition Street and Her Majesty’s Theatre.
The larger of our two Centre Stage spaces when divided. Centre Stage II boasts a 7m x 4m built-in high-definition LED screen and a 200 inch HD projector screen. With vaulted ceilings throughout, entertain up to 250 guests cocktail or and up to 150 dining.
With an abundance of natural light, and overlooking Her Majesty’s Theatre and Chinatown, the Meeting Place can host up to 300 guests cocktail and 340 seated.
When divided into four spaces, the first of our light-filled Meeting Place, is drenched in natural light and offers sparkling views of Her Majesty’s Theatre and Chinatown, perfect for any event, day or night.
Meeting Place II can host up to 80 guests and can be configured in any number of ways. Whether you’re planning a meeting, presentation or an intimate event, the large windows overlooking Little Bourke Street offer abundant natural light.
Part of our larger Meeting Place venue, Meeting Place III can function as part of the whole venue or be separated with electronic divider walls to create 83sqm of event space. Welcome up to 48 guest’s cabaret style or 80 cocktail in a modern, light-filled space overlooking Little Bourke Street.

The expansive indoor outdoor venue can host 250 guests for cocktails, with awnings, equipped with heating for those brisk Melbourne nights. Spanning the full outdoor space, this level two rooftop space is the ideal place to celebrate a special, occasion, or for a relaxed setting.Â
With floor to ceiling windows overlooking The Terrace, Her Majesty’s Theatre and Chinatown, The Terrace Room offers 143 sqm metres of event space and can accommodate up to 130 guests cocktail or up to 52 seated.
The largest of the terrace room configurations, Terrace Room I is fit for events of all types; from boardroom meetings to intimate dinners; creative breakfasts to cocktail parties. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the lush outdoor Rooftop Terrace
Terrace Room II can host up to 40 guests for any day or night events you’re planning — perfect for meetings, breakfasts, conferences, intimate dinners, or cocktail parties.
