- Events must be booked and fully paid by 31 August 2025 to qualify for the rewards.
- A signed event contract and full prepayment are required to secure eligibility.
- Minimum Spend Requirements
- Rewards are based on the total event spend (excluding third-party charges):
- $5,000 – $10,000: 1 Treat
- $10,001 – $50,000: 2 Treats
- $50,001 and above: 3 Treats

- Third-party expenses (e.g., external entertainment, AV suppliers, or decorators not contracted through the resort) are excluded from the total spend calculation.
- Reward Selection
- Treats must be selected at the time of booking confirmation and are subject to availability.
- Treats are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- Changes and Cancellations
- Any changes to the booking that reduce the total spend may affect eligibility for rewards.
- Standard cancellation policies apply as per the event contract.
