deCapel Wines is a boutique, family-run vineyard producing Hunter Valley classic varieties – Semillon, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Rose, as well as a Sparkling Semillon Verdelho. Originally hand planted in 2008, we are now enjoying over a decade of making excellent, award-winning wines. Every vintage we hand pick our grapes with a team of family and friends ensuring the best possible quality and integrity of fruit. Our wines are enjoying excellent reviews from top critics and the deCapel vineyard recently received a 4 star Halliday 2025 Wine Companion rating.
