Our philosophy is simple: two old doctors fill casks so everyone can enjoy whiskey. It’s about the gift of time and the bittersweet acknowledgement that the fruits of our labours will bring enjoyment now and in future generations. Deferred gratification.

We see time as an important part of our process. Whiskey is the gift of time. An investment in heritage. The creation of classic aged whiskeys, each from a single cask.
