Our seasonal menu highlights an abundance of local produce, celebrating aspects of the Hunter Valley and surrounding areas. If you are just dropping by for a quick bite with friends we can highly recommend the Charcuterie board with a selection of salumi, olives, pickles, sourdough and cultured butter. Best paired with an ice cold Sydney Brewery Beer or Cider.

Looking to make a meal out of it? Proceed to an entree and enjoy the views of the working harbour, our pick is the spanner crab, shimeji mushroom and leek omelette with miso butter sauce. Move towards the main event and enjoy the lightly smoked pasture raised chicken with roasted carrot puree, charred asparagus, baby beetroot and gribiche. Finish off with something sweet and enjoy black forest with cherry gel, chocolate cremeux, kirsh cream, brownie and chocolate chards.
