When you stay Rydges, you stay local, and there’s nothing quite like a truly local experience.

Sometimes, nothing calms you more than a walk… my local tip is to visit the stunning Australian Botanical Gardens, Mount Annan. The Gardens offers a variety of events and exhibitions every month, with a ‘Hello Koala’ exhibition currently on. The trail features 22 one-metre high koala statues, hand painted by Australian artists and not to be missed – an award winning concept that aims to promote koala conservation.
