Configured by dividing the Sutherland Room to create two smaller private room – Solander (bigger half) and James Cook (smaller half) – this is our second largest room.
Guests are treated to conferencing Cronulla-style with unexpected extras including healthy snacks from ‘the Gullery’ to maintain steadily energised for the long day ahead, plus modern AV with projector and drop-down screen.
