Reservation Policy

All bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior, we reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings. You can cancel or modify your reservation by calling us directly or through your email confirmation. Tables will be held for 15 minutes from the time of your reservation, if you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us at your earliest convenience. All seating requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed. Please advise the restaurant prior to arrival of any allergies or specific dietary requirements. During special or peak operation periods we may require advance payments or deposits and/or store card details where required. If you have booked a promotion – please take note of any specific terms and conditions for that promotion. There is a 1.5% credit card surcharge added with all card payments & a surcharge of 15% applies on Sunday and all public holidays. We are a cashless venue.
