Sydney Cidery is Sydney’s only dedicated cider bar, serving an ever-rotating lineup of local ciders in a relaxed, unpretentious setting that’s perfect for after-work drinks, long lunches, or catching the game with friends. (During the World Square precinct renovations, the Cidery is best accessed via the Liverpool Street or Pitt Street entrances.)

Amber Restaurant is our signature dining room – warm, welcoming, and quietly impressive. This season, the kitchen is showcasing an Autumn/Winter menu that leans into the best of the cooler months; slow-braised dishes, seasonal produce, and desserts worth the detour. Whether it’s a pre-theatre dinner or a leisurely meal for two, Amber is a genuine reason to stay in for the evening.

The Lobby Café keeps things simple and does it well – quality espresso, fresh light meals, and grab-and-go options right at the heart of the hotel. It’s the easiest way to start the day well, no matter how early your morning begins.
