Three themed rooms at the convention centre open to form the Grand Ballroom, serviced by a beautiful pre-function foyer and bar. The foyer can also serve as an ideal location for a ceremony.

For a more intimate affair, the Portside room can be set up banquet-style to accommodate up to 50 guests. The room features a private bar and balcony overlooking Palmer Street. The Poolside Gardens and Rotunda are perfect for an intimate ceremony with close family and friends.

Our Events Manager is able to assist with every detail of a lavish banquet or an intimate affair. Staff can also assist in arranging deluxe Townsville accommodation for all guests.
