Self-Contained Apartments

The two-bedroom apartments are located in a separate building at 19 Mcillwraith Street directly behind Rydges Southbank Townsville. They are an independent apartment complex of 12 apartments complete with swimming pool within a short walk from the hotel foyer.

All 10 apartments offer fully self contained facilities including full size refrigerator, cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The apartments offer two bedrooms, ensuite and 2nd separate bathroom, kitchen, laundry, spacious living/dining area and large balcony. All apartments contain split system air-conditioners and ceiling fans.

Undercover parking is allocated 1 per apartment on the ground floor of the complex.

Check in and check out for the Townsville Southbank Apartments is via Rydges Southbank Townsville Hotel located at 23 Palmer Street. An Amenities pack is provided in room on your arrival and apartments are serviced after three nights stay. Extra room servicing may be provided upon request, additional fees apply.

Chargeback facilities are available for breakfast and dinner in the Southbank Grill which is located at Rydges Southbank Townsville. Please note that room service is not available to the apartments.
