Directions to Rydges Hobart
- By Car from the CBD area, travel straight up Argyle Street for 2km. Rydges Hobart is located on your right. Taxi is approximately $10.00.
- From the airport, 20 km North-West Exiting the airport driveway, turn left onto the A3 Highway and over the Tasman Bridge, following the signs into Hobart. At the large roundabout with a fountain in the middle, proceed straight ahead onto Liverpool Street. 2 blocks along Liverpool at the Tasmanian Police Station, turn right into Argyle Street, and follow for approximately 2 km. When Argyle Street becomes a two-way street, Rydges Hobart is located on the right-hand side of the road, through the second set of traffic lights.
- By Taxi it is approximately $45.00 – $60.00 and a 30minute drive.
- By Uber it is approximately $35.00 – $50.00 and a 30minute drive.
- By Airport Shuttle Service it is $19.50 per person one way or $36.00 when booking a return ticket. Please note closest shuttle drop off is 2km from the hotel.

Reception Hours at Rydges Hobart
Our reception is here to assist you during our regular hours from Sunday to Thursday, between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. On Fridays and Saturdays, enjoy the convenience of our 24/7 reception.
For your convenience, we also offer after-hours check-in. If you plan to arrive outside our standard reception hours, simply contact us in advance, and we’ll provide you with easy and secure instructions for a smooth check-in process.
