We are choosing suppliers and products that help us reduce our environmental impact while enhancing the guest experience.
- Partnered with Thankyou, becoming the first hotel group globally to offer large-format bathroom amenities that reduce single-use plastics while supporting positive global change.
- Sourced washroom paper products through Supply Nation-certified partners using FSC-certified materials.
- Removed single-use stationery from conference and event packages.
- Introduced large-format taps for water, juice and milk to reduce packaging waste.
- Partner with local Victorian producers and suppliers including Four Pillars Gin, The Gospel Whiskey, Dal Zotto Wines, CACAO Chocolates, Koko Black, Emma & Tom’s Juices and Casa Iberica.
- Continue to support local businesses while reducing food miles where possible.

- Invested in energy-efficient LED lighting and energy-smart systems throughout the hotel.
- Installed smart climate control systems in guest rooms to help reduce energy consumption while maintaining comfort.
