Arobake Bakery – placing emphasis on the centrality of food, good baking, family and feasts. Arobake bakery embraces traditions passed down over the ages, as well as their own. Based in Wellington Arobake supply us with sourdough bread and assorted breads for our conferences in-house.
Wellington Sea Market – they have been bringing the freshest fish to Wellington for over 40 years! Their fishing methods include, line caught, set net and pot caught. Bringing on the freshest fish daily to the hotel for us to serve up to you.
Jina’s World of Fresh Produce – located in Lower Hutt, Jina’s have been in business since 1930 and bring the hotel daily fresh fruit and vegetables. They are NZ owned and operated and are committed to selecting the best fruit and vegetables.
Meat Direct – based in Wellington, they have been sourcing the finest quality New Zealand meat since 1998. Specialising in free-farmed and free range products, Vic and his team supply the hotel with all our butchery needs.
Zany Zeus – for the past 20years the Wellington company has supplied cheese and cultured products to hundreds of restaurants and cafes. We knew to look no further for our halloumi supply!
Emma-Jane’s – always on the hunt for fresh ideas and inspirations it is no wonder Emma-Jane’s has been around for 20years. Stating off in a small Palmerston North premises, Emma-Jane’s is on of New Zealand’s leading companies for importing European products. We are lucky enough to show case some of their amazing French desserts.
