SECURITY

Your room is equipped with an in-room safe for your use. The safe is located in the storage cupboard near the entry. Management strongly recommends the use of the safe for any personal valuables as the resort will not take responsibility for any loss.

WI-FI

To access the internet, connect to the ‘Sails Guest’ network via your wireless settings on your computer, tablet or phone. No password required. If you have any issues please contact reception – Dial 9 from your in-room telephone.

DO NOT DISTURB

Please place your “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside door handle of your room to ensure your privacy is upheld. Your room will not be serviced if this is in place. Due to our internal safety policy we must enter the room to ensure the safety of all occupants at least once in a 24 hour period. If you wish to have your calls screened or wish not to be disturbed with telephone calls, please advise reception – Dial 9 from your in-room telephone.
