AFTER HOURS ACCESS

For security purposes, late night access (11:00pm to 6:00am) to the resort is through the main entrance only. You will need your room key to gain access after hours.

HOUSEKEEPING

Rooms are only serviced on request, please advise if you wish for your room to be serviced at a particular time by phoning the housekeeping Department – Dial 180 from your in-room telephone available from 8:00am until 2:00pm 7 days per week.

Ironing facilities are available in all guest rooms and are located in your wardrobe.

LOST & FOUND
If any goods or belongings are handed in as lost property, the resort will keep them for one month before dispensing with them. Perishable items are not kept for any period of time. Our housekeeping Department will offer assistance in tracing lost property – Dial 180 from your in-room telephone.

MAINTENANCE
