Rydges Sydney Central adopts sustainable practices to reduce our carbon emissions, minimise waste, minimise our use of natural resources and procure products in a sustainable way.

What can you do to minimise waste and energy while you stay with us?

If you are staying more than one night you have the opportunity to opt out of your room being cleaned each day. In return you will receive a $10 Food and Beverage credit that can be used in our Sydney Brewery Surry Hills, Room Service or Manna Loft Restaurant. The $10 credit gets added for each day you stay with us. If you wish to add this onto your reservation, please include this when finalising your reservation or if you are unsure you are welcome to add this on upon arrival at the hotel.
