Full accommodation payment is requested at check-in.

Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Diners / JCB / Union Pay (1.08% Surcharge)

A form of security is also required to cover incidentals.

Forms of security accepted and conditions associated:
Credit card = $1 authorisation which will release within 10 working days
Cash / EFTPOS / Debit Credit cards = $300 refundable deposit. Must also present current/valid photo identification (drivers license, passport or proof of age card). A copy of the identification will be retained for verification purposes.

Please note: Credit cards labelled with ‘Debit’ are treated like EFTPOS.

The hotel’s floor limit is $1000. In the event a room account exceeds this figure, a payment will be requested to bring the account back to $0.
