Our lavish Christmas Day buffet offers a seafood station with freshly shucked oysters, king prawns, and crab, plus a carving station with roasted turkey, Christmas ham, Black Angus Rib-eye, Barramundi, and mushroom gnocchi. Enjoy a variety of home-style side dishes and salads, and save room for desserts like Christmas pudding with brandy custard, trifle, pavlova and a selection of Victorian cheeses.
