Our lavish Christmas Day buffet offers a seafood station with freshly shucked oysters, smoked salmon, king prawns, and crab, plus a carving station with roasted turkey, Christmas ham, Black Angus Rib-eye, Atlantic salmon, and mushroom ravioli. Enjoy a variety of home-style side dishes and salads, and save room for desserts like Christmas pudding, petit fours and local Victorian cheeses.
