We’re bringing back our crowd-favourite ribs for Restaurant Month, with a new take that celebrates one of New Zealand’s finest ingredients.
Choose from a two-course menu for $45 or three courses for $55, starting with a warming winter soup and toasted ciabatta, followed by our signature Mānuka Smoked Venison Ribs. Dry-rubbed, slow-braised and smoked over mānuka, the ribs are finished with a rich dark ale glaze and served with rustic kūmara crisps for the perfect balance of flavour and crunch. For dessert, indulge in a salted caramel Basque cheesecake with honeycomb and espresso ice cream.
