At Chapman’s Restaurant, the promise of good food and great company continues Thomas Chapman’s legacy for over 180 years. A missionary who along with his wife were highly regarded in Rotorua for their hospitality, we have taken inspiration from his life to ensure our guests are welcome in Rotorua through great food, hospitality, and accommodation.
Wherever you go in Rotorua, you’ll hear about our buffet – from varied seafood delicacies, succulent roasts or decadent desserts, treat yourself, friends and family to a buffet experience unlike any other. Inspired by a range of Pasifika flavours and international cuisine, our seafood servings include prawns, and our house-smoked South Island salmon. If you’re in a mood for adventure and require a hearty breakfast to prepare, check out our big brekky with scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausages and mushrooms along with our pancakes and freshly baked pastries.
Our spaces are also perfect for birthday celebrations and family reunions, bring along as many as you like. Chapman’s Restaurant is open daily for breakfast from 6:30am to 10:00am (open until 10:30am on weekends) and for dinner from 5:30pm till 10:00pm.
