Island Suite

The Island Suite at the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle by Rydges is a large function space located upstairs and featuring a sweeping balcony overlooking Marine Terrace. This heritage-listed, Fremantle venue is in the original part of the Hotel built in the early 1900’s. The balcony doors and windows bring in natural light and look out over the trees and parkland across the road.

The Island Suite can be separated into three distinctive function rooms – the Carnac, Garden and Rottnest rooms – by closing two moveable walls, creating the flexibility and functionality needed for many events. If you are searching for a stunning function room in Fremantle to host your next event, the Island Suite is the perfect fit for cocktail receptions, company presentation and award events, sit-down dinners and weddings.

For weddings in Fremantle the Island Suite’s tree-top view, natural light and heritage décor provide a unique setting with plenty of room for a dance floor. The balcony is a gorgeous spot for your wedding photos and a distinctive feature that your guests can enjoy throughout the reception.
