Smithy’s Bar on the Ground Level is open Monday to Friday for breakfast from 4:30 am to 11:00 am and lunch and dinner from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.

During the weekend (Saturday to Sunday), Smithy’s is open for brunch and dinner from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. You will be pleased to be stocked with all your favorite domestic and international pours.

Eat & drink in our welcoming, newly refurbished bar, equipped with tech savvy charging ports to ensure your devices are charged and ready to go.

The Ascot, on Mezzanine level is currently open for a full buffet breakfast from 5:00am-10:00am daily.
Offering a range of hot items (from 6:00am) inclusive of; bacon, egg, chicken chipolata, beans, hash browns, porridge, mushroom, tomato and continental style (from 5:00am) with fresh seasonal fruits, yoghurts, cereals, fresh pastries, toast, pancakes, tea, coffee, juice and more!

Cloud 9 Rooftop Bar and terrace is the perfect place to catch a drink and watch the action of Sydney Airport’s runway while sipping on a delicately created Australian cocktail. We look forward to welcoming guests back into our Cloud 9 Rooftop Bar. Open from 5 Pm to 9 Pm Daily.
