A wood fired oven and grill are at the heart of The Workshop Kitchen. Both are fired up daily with the finest Pilliga Western Red Ironbark which imparts a unique smoked flavour. All our beef is sourced locally where possible from Paul Avery’s Mountain View Farm at Piallamore to Jack’s Creek at Willow Tree – two time winner of the World’s Best Steak.
The Workshop Kitchen achieved a 2 Glass rating for its extensive wine list in the 2018 Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards. This global accolade recognises world class wine lists and establishments that are committed to presenting the best possible wine selection and service to their customers. The Workshop Kitchen is the first restaurant in the region to ever receive a 2 Glass rating with 191 wines on the menu and 55 wines by the glass.
