The Workshop Kitchen is renowned for being the only place in town open all day, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks until late (including public holidays).

The breakfast picks include Moroccan Baked Eggs with spiced beef mince, feta, lemon, coriander & the Fresh Brekkie Board with poached eggs, local smoked Arc-en-Ciel Trout, roast mushrooms, avocado, cherry tomatoes & greens – both served with locally baked Reverence Sourdough. Local Antilles coffee beans get the respect they deserve, & the tea is loose leaf! What more do you want to kick off the day?

Timeless fare with a modern twist is at the heart of this bright and breezy enduring eatery. There’s everything from artisan bread, seafood and pasta to local Jack’s Creek Beef 8-9+MS Wagyu Tri Tip, cooked on the wood-fired grill. Delicious entrees and sides also grace the seasonal menu. If sweet is your thing, you’ll be torn between the Dark Chocolate Basque Cheesecake with strawberry ice cream, strawberry jus and fresh strawberries and the classic Vanilla Panna Cotta with mango coulis and coconut crumb.

The Workshop Kitchen has also added another prestigious accolade to its name, taking out Restaurant of the Year – Mid Range to Superior at the NSW Accommodation Australia Awards of Excellence. This award is a proud recognition of the team’s ongoing commitment to excellence, cementing The Workshop Kitchen as a true leader in regional dining.

The restaurant achieved a 3 Glass rating for its extensive wine list in the 2025 Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards.
