One add-on per event, selected at time of booking. To be eligible, the conference or event must actualise and not be cancelled, for any reason, as per the signed contract. Add-ons must be booked between 24 August and 24 November 2026, for events held between 24 August and 31 December 2026. If you choose the 10% credit: your next event must be of equal or greater value to the original event, booked within 6 months of the original event date and at the same venue, with the new booking held by 30 June 2027.
