Sydney Harbour

Sydney Harbour is home to some pretty famous and iconic landmarks including the Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House, there is plenty of things to do and see.

Our Harbour Bridge, which was opened on Saturday, 19th March 1932, is the world’s largest steel bridge. You can now climb the bridge with a team of experts who have been doing so since 1998, it is a must do when you are in town.

The Sydney Opera House is another iconic building on our beautiful harbour that is a must see while in town. Featuring multiple halls and theatres with a range of shows and plays to suit all tastes, why not take a tour? the Sydney Opera house offers a range of tours from front of house to backstage. Opera Bar is located directly underneath the Opera house and has stunning panoramic views of Sydney Harbour, so why not start or finish your evening here sipping cocktails at the water’s edge.

Cockatoo Island is open to the public for the first time in over 100 years, it is Sydney Harbours largest Island and only minutes by ferry from Circular Quay train station. Shark Island, and Rodd Island are also great and unique places to visit while in Sydney, both are accessible by ferry from Circular Quay train station.
